3 From Pinkpop - #3:  In 1987, the Pinkpop Festival moved from Gellen, to Baaarlo, the only yer it was held in that location.  In 1988 the Festival moved to Landgraaf. where its been held ever since.  The 1987 line up included Husker Du, Chris Isaak, Iggy Pop, Echo & The Bunnymen, Lou Reed and Lone Justice.  This FM broadcast captures Lone Justice's entire shortened set from June 8, 1987, 29 years ago today. ,Th band had to leave the stage after just 6 songs due to a massive thunderstorm that moved into the area  while they were playing,  Organizers feared the band might be electrocuted on stage, and you can even hear the announcement in Dutch at the end of the performance: "It's getting too dangerous to continue so we have to stop now." Fortunately, the band managed to play their signature tune, Shelter, before Mother Nature decided not to cooperate!
